I vow to be as transparent and honest with all of my posts and recommendations. I will not promote products if I, myself, have not tried or liked them. I will only share my experiences along my journey. Keep in mind, some recommendations may work for some, but not for all. Please be aware, I am also a patient and not a healthcare professional. The ideas and methods I discuss on this site are all things I’ve learned throughout my 15+ years of chronic pain from physical therapists, individual research, individual trial and error, etc. My intention with creating a more chronic pain focused blog is to help generate awareness about chronic pain and most importantly, try to offer some solace to all the chronic pain warriors out there. I may not know everything, but I’m willing to share what I do know. My goal is to post a new blog the first Friday of every month, but sometimes I may not make it in time due to the rollercoaster of chronic pain.
